Joel was great! This was the second time we used him. We had signed up for service quarterly. He arrived early and asked right away about the ant problem we had previously and making sure we were satisfied with the results. We told him we were very satisfied but we were starting to see dead ants on the floor. He suggested to repeat the application inside the room where we saw dead ants and then spray outside the house. Both times he explained what he was going to do and informed us of what he found after he was done. We are getting quite an education on pests.

Joel came out to take care of a yellow jacket nest in a void under an outside eve. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, and afterward we walked around the house and discovered two more nests I hadn't seen before and he offered to remove them as well. Great experience and a fair price. I will be calling ProfExt for future needs.

We purchased our new house months ago and with the warm weather came a swarm of carpenter bees. We had Bryan out again who looked over the whole property and took care of everything!! As always he was amazing and we can rest assured the bees won’t return.

Brian was very knowledgable . He took his time explaining rat behavior and techniques to remove them. We had an influx after some work across the street was done. They began destroying a new patio and damaged van! Was greatly appreciative he also showed concern for our Morkie who has happily assisted in the hunt! Lol Feel confident problem will be eradicated!

Bryan from Professional Exterminating has been terrific- from coming between the expected times to expertly taking care of the yellow jacket nest we had on the side of our house.
