It was a pleasure to work with Profesional Exterminating- from the office staff (Katie and Chrissy) to Ken, our technician. My call was answered promptly and the staff was so friendly. I had an appointment within a few days. Ken answered all my questions, explained what he was doing, and found where our pesky ants were entering the house. He was very respectful of my concerns. I will definitely use Ken and the company again. And again! Thank you all!!

I called on a typical busy Saturday morning but to my surprise they called me back within no time. Understanding my concern they immediately scheduled an appointment the same afternoon. Ken who was the technician contacted me 20 minutes prior to arriving (which I thought was a nice curiosity call) upon his arrival he immediately assessed the problem and took care of it while always showing respect and professional mannerism. I highly recommend this company and if possible ask for Ken, he’s a great guy.
