Our technician that came for services called to say he might be late. He ended up showing at our scheduled time anyways. He told me about what he would do to help with eliminating our problem. I asked if the problem wasn’t resolved should I call back. He said their work was guaranteed and if they weren’t gone by next week to call again and he come back. Friendly technician and quick work. Initially I was told I would have to wait 6-7 days the person I spoke to put me on hold for a minute and then told me she could get me in within 2 days. That made me book the appointment.

Brian was very professional and explained everything he was going to do and where exactly the mice were nesting. I would 100 percent recommend professional exterminators if you are having any issues.

He completed the work quickly, gave information about the problem, set up the traps. He was also very personable. I am so glad I called this service and Joel was the competent and professional technician they sent. I will use their company for maintenance of the insect control as well.

I have used Professional Exterminating for preventative treatments and have always been pleased with both the office staff and service tech. But they went the extra mile recently and really helped me out when my kitty somehow found a way to open up the door to the crawl space in her room (I have a kitty room) and subsequently hid underneath the floor of the bedroom and wouldn’t come out. I called Professional Exterminating hoping that if they could trap a wild animal maybe they could do the same for a domesticated kitty.

Brian came to the house and was was able to determine where the squirrels were getting into the house by throughly inspecting the outside - He recommended a plan and will execute next week. Very happy I called this company 25+ years ago! They never disappoint! I have them come out every 3 months for maintenance. Always kind and professional!
