Bryan is great, he is very thorough and always asks questions so he can make sure his service is as effective as possible. And it is! Since I’ve been using ProfExt, we can finally enjoy our yard without getting swarmed by mosquitos and other pests. The exterior services have also significantly reduced pests on the interior of our home as well.

I can’t speak to the size of this company but the competency, attention to detail, and personability of their employees makes you feel like they’re a mom and pop shop with unmatched customer service. If only other corporations appreciated their clientele as much as this company.

I just moved and used ProfExt again at my new place. Kenny did an inspection and Bryan set me up with home pest service. They both were knowledgeable about rodent, insect, and animal behavior as well as the area and environmental factors that contribute to problems. He identified problems I didn’t know existed and made recommendations. Would highly recommend!

The technician was prompt, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and why. He throughly inspected the entire house. Brian was awesome! He sealed our exterior to prevent mice from entering the home and did a thorough sweep of the interior. He also removed a family of raccoons from under our deck. He was on top of the job, checking in with us daily and weekly. Highly recommend. We’ve used other exterminator services in the past and none compare to the quality we have received with this company.

We shared our issue with yellow jackets in our basement, and Ken was at our house within a few hours. He quickly located the nest and proceeded to kill the yellow jackets and remove the nest which had hundreds of queens in it. He was very professional and explained all the steps he had taken to solve our problem. We were told that if we saw any more yellow jackets Ken would come back to take care of them. Very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company!
