The same employee has helped us both times and couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. In addition to addressing the problems he shared advice on how to deal with them in the future. They took care of our carpenter ant problem and were attentive to our needs as we have pets in the house. The bonus to their treatments was a great decrease in spiders also. I was excited to find a local company. I called on a Thursday afternoon, and they were able to send someone out to my house on Monday. Brian was very professional and thorough. He is coming back in 2 weeks to check on things.

I called ProfExt due to ants in my kitchen. Someone got back to me within an hour to discuss the situation, explain the treatment options and setup an appointment for the next day. The technician arrived within the one hour time window. He inspected the house and property and explained what treatment was needed. He was friendly and professional.

Bryan has been out a few times and is incredibly thorough and professional. He explains exactly what he is doing. I am impressed with his knowledge and we have not had a pest issue since (mice and ants mainly).
