I have worked with Bryan at ProfExt several times now. We have an older house with crawl space and an old shed where raccoon’s possums, and other wildlife like to camp out during the winter and early spring. Bryan has been terrific to work with. He’s prompt, effective and easy to work with. He’s been a big help with all questions and issues pertaining to our pest problems. I called ProfExt because I had flying squirrels in my attic. I called a few companies and had chosen this one because they responded quickly, had fair pricing, and sounded confident the squirrel problem would be resolved. Bryan came, set traps. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Didn’t complain (about my dog-hahahaha) about having to shimmy into two different attic crawl spaces to get his work done. Came back several times to manage the traps. Assessed roof areas from the attic that may be entrance points for the squirrels. So thankful for Bryan taking care of it all.
