How Can We Help You Today?

I have had an excellent experience with ProfEst. This is my second summer using their services to spray primarily for ants. We have a historic (old!) house in Guilford, CT, meaning the foundation of the house is not super-tight. Every spring, tiny ants appear in my kitchen. Working with ProfEst in a proactive way has made a HUGE difference. Brian (the exterminator who usually comes to my house) is courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt. I highly recommend his services.

The service technician did an excellent job in explaining the issues we were having with mice and carpenter ants. Very thorough follow-up visit. He then went over the treatment and explained everything. I noticed he was very thorough treating the interior and exterior of our house for mice and ants. Very nice, knowledgeable, and personable individual who was a pleasure to work with.

Brian was very professional and explained everything he was going to do and where exactly the mice were nesting. I would 100 percent recommend professional exterminators if you are having any issues.

Friendly, knowledgeable and most important - very effective!

The technician was prompt, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and why. He throughly inspected the entire house. He provided good suggestions to avoid further problems. I would highly recommend this company and team member to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service.

Brian was very knowledgable . He took his time explaining rat behavior and techniques to remove them. We had an influx after some work across the street was done. They began destroying a new patio and damaged van! Was greatly appreciative he also showed concern for our Morkie who has happily assisted in the hunt! Lol Feel confident problem will be eradicated!

Professional Extermination responded quickly, showed up on time and did an amazing job. The problem is solved! They are always lovely and happy to answer questions.

Couldn’t be happier about Joel’s service. He’s professional, efficient, and effective, and he’s kind and considerate. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with him!

Doug was extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable and helpful in every way shape and form you could ask for. Highly recommend for anyone looking for this type of excellent service!

This review may post twice, which is fine. I must have hit a wrong button the first time. Anyway, we found a yellow jacket problem by our chimney. I called Friday, got a return call the same day and was scheduled for Monday. Brian called on Monday, came out and took care of the problem. He left a detailed message of what he did and seemed very thorough in preventing the bees from returning. I am very happy with the service. I would recommend Professional Exterminating.

Another great visit by Bryan today at the Church.

Thorough and all was good!

Great service
